1997 Frigidaire All Star Sprint Car Schedule

(April 6) - Fremont (OH) Raceway, located on the Sandusky Co. Fairgrounds, has been awarded a Frigidaire All Star sprint event over Memorial Day weekend on Sunday, May 25. The event replaces an event slated for Flag City Motorsports Park. The Memorial Day weekend schedule now shows Buckeye Raceway in Orrville on Saturday, Fremont on Sunday and K-C Raceway in Chillicothe on Monday. Fremont has also rescheduled their June Wednesday night show, dropping the June 4 event and rescheduling it for Weds. night, June 18. In another change, the event originally slated for Aug. 22 at Enid (OK) Speedway has been moved to Tulsa (OK) Speedway. This event is part of the third annual Thunder Through The Plains Tour co-sanctioned with the National Championship Racing Ass'n.
