2001 Acura CL Type-S -- Still only available in North America, the second generation CL is sportier than ever. While it uses the same 3.2-liter V6 engine as the TL, the Type S version is tweaked to grab an extra 35 horsepower.
Loaded with safety features and performance enhancements, the CL is "Integra GS-R for grownups," according to Contributing Editor, Carey Russ. Value oriented, the 2001 CL Type S delicately balances impressive power, understated luxury, and unique style for around $32,000.
